FAQ

Do you create custom work?

Yes! Please see the Custom Work tab to inquire.

I require a 50%, nonrefundable, deposit to be placed as soon as I respond to your email with a confirmation of custom. No stone sourcing or other work will be done before this deposit.

Please do not send me photos of any other artist's work. If you'd like a custom made by me, it must be based on my previous work alone. I will not copy or imitate the work of another artist.

I have a variety of stone options available in a wide array of price points. Please specify your working budget in your email so I can better choose stones, metals, and designs that accommodate you. Bear in mind, customs begin at $200. If I do not have the stone you are hoping for, it is always possible I can source it. Feel free to inquire.

I will not do work with your stones. Why? There are too many factors at play. It gets very complicated. There is always a chance that a stone could break at any time in the fabrication process. If this happens, I will always replace the stone at no cost to the buyer. This is not something I take on with clients stones.

Please note I may deny resizing projects for this reason. If I believe the stone will break during the resizing process, I will likely not take on the project. Opals cannot be resized for this reason, as they are so very delicate. I also do not take custom work for opals for the same reasons.

Customs for gold work are always open. If you want a silver piece, it is entirely dependent on my current work load.

The minimum fabrication time for custom work is 3 weeks. The standard time frame is 3 to 6 weeks. This could be longer depending on workload and time of year. For holiday customs be sure to give ample notice if you hope to have your piece finished by a holiday and shipping times also vary and I do not assume responsibility for delayed shipments once they leave my hands.

Feel free to tell me your desired time frame, I will always do my best to accommodate you, but do not expect less than 3 weeks at any given time.

Thank you for taking the time to read through and I hope to speak with you, soon!

Why is there no work listed on your website?

If you don't see any work currently listed on my website, it is because I am sold out and hard at work on new pieces for you. To make sure you don't miss the next drop, sign up for my email list. I will not bombard you with emails, I will only notify you of upcoming shows and collections.

How do I get my ring size?

Ring sizing is a tricky beast. The best way to get an accurate ring size is to go to any jeweler (often a free service) and request a sizing. Keep in mind as you do this that environmental factors as well as internal conditions will have an impact on the size of your fingers from day to day. The joints tend to swell in the hot summer months and become smaller in cooler winter months. Remember this as you go for your sizing. You can also come visit me at markets (check my "Upcoming Events" page and sign up for my newsletter for any changes) and I will size your finger(s) for you! However, please be sure to let me know if you plan to do this so that I can have my sizing tools on hand. Lastly, you can order a plastic ring sizer on amazon for as low as $4. This option is not ideal, as the sizers can vary up to an entire size depending on the product and how well it's made.

Do you accept returns?

Typically, no. If any defect occurs in the creation of the piece I would provide a full refund. However, returns are not accepted for purchases in the wrong size, change of heart, etc.

Please be sure of your ring size when ordering as returns will not be accepted for orders in the wrong size and resizing (if available) cost $75. Shipping is at the responsibility of the buyer. Refer to my full refunds page for more information.

Do you insure shipments?

Yes! Uninsured domestic shipping for jewelry is always free. For an insured shipment, select "insured shipment" at checkout. It is only $5 USD. I highly recommend insuring any shipment over $100 USD. Shipping for Visual Art is all subject to size and weight and has it's own insurance clauses. Refer to the "Shipping" page for that information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship to a long list of Countries world wide via DHL. Cost is subject to location.
